Toddler (18M - 3Y)

A fun and playful introduction to dance for toddlers and their grown-ups! These classes explore dance through music, movement, props and action songs. The Classes are designed with age-appropriate activities to encourage creativity, coordination and confidence.

Each little dancer attends class alongside one parent or caregiver, creating a fun opportunity to move, play and dance together.

Dancers must be walking independently to participate.

Young (2Y - 5Y)

An engaging introduction to dance designed to help young dancers build confidence, coordination, and a love of movement. These independent classes are designed for dancers to participate without parents or caregivers in the classroom.

Dancers will be introduced to basic dance terminology, positions and postures through age-appropriate exercises, creative movement, props and fun dance activities. Classes are designed to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where every dancer can explore, learn, and have fun.

Dancers have the opportunity to explore four exciting dance styles:

  • Ballet – Learn basic ballet positions, posture, balance, coordination, and simple movements while developing musicality and grace.
  • Jazz – Explore rhythm, musicality, and expressive movement while learning introductory jazz steps and combinations.
  • Tap – Discover rhythm and musicality through fun tap steps and patterns, developing coordination, timing and listening skills
  • Acro – Build strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness through age-appropriate beginner acro skills and movements.

During Term 1, families will be invited to watch a short in-class performance where dancers can share what they’ve been learning. At the end of Term 2 , dancers will perform in our year-end show!

Mini (6Y - 9Y)

Designed for young dancers who are ready to build their skills, confidence and love for dance  in a fun and supportive environment. Dancers can choose between two streams based on their goals and interests:

  • Recreational Stream – Perfect for dancers looking a relaxed and encouraging environment where they can continue to grow their dance skills, confidence and love of movement.
  • Competitive Stream – Designed for dancers who are ready to be challenged and pushed to develop their technique, performance skills, strength and artistry.

Dancers can explore a variety of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, acro, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre and strength training. Classes are age-appropriate while building strong foundations in technique, musicality, coordination, flexibility, strength and performance.

Ballet follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, giving dancers the opportunity to work toward yearly RAD examinations. Ballet dancers also qualify to participate in our Nutcracker Production. Ballet is a twice a week class (both classes are MANDATORY).

Acro follows the Acrobatic Arts curriculum, providing a structured progression of skills while developing strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.

All dancers will showcase their hard work and growth by participating in our year-end show.

Junior (9Y - 12Y)

Designed for dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level. With a focus on developing stronger technique, musicality, performance skills, and confidence, dancers are encouraged to challenge themselves and continue growing as artists.
 
  • Recreational Stream – A welcoming and supportive environment for dancers who want to continue developing their skills while enjoying the fun, creativity, and community of dance.
  • Competitive Stream – For dancers who are looking for greater challenge and are ready to be pushed through more focused training, technical development, and performance opportunities.
 
Styles offered include ballet, tap, jazz, acro, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre and strength training. Training becomes progressively more challenging as dancers develop greater technical ability, strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality and artistry.
 
Ballet follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, with dancers having the opportunity to participate in yearly RAD examinations. Ballet dancers also qualify to participate in our Nutcracker production. Ballet classes are twice a week (both classes are MANDATORY).
 
Acro follows the Acrobatic Arts curriculum, providing dancers with progressive training in strength, flexibility, balance, and acrobatic technique.
 
All dancers celebrate their achievements by performing in our year-end show.
 

Teen (12Y+)

Designed for dancers who are ready to continue developing their technique, artistry, confidence, and performance skills in a supportive and motivating environment. Classes provide opportunities for dancers to refine their abilities, take on new challenges, and grow as both dancers and performers.

Dancers can choose between two streams based on their goals and interests:

  • Recreational Stream – Ideal for dancer who want to continue training in a positive, relaxed environment while building their skills and maintaining their love of dance.
  • Competitive Stream – Designed for dancers who want to be challenged and pushed through more intensive training, technical development, performance opportunities, and artistic growth.

Styles offered include ballet, tap, jazz, acro, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre and strength training. Dance work at age- and ability-appropriate level, with increasing focus on technical precision, strength, flexibility, musicality, artistry, and performance quality.

Ballet follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, with opportunities to participate in yearly RAD examinations. Dancers must take 4 ballet classes a week. Ballet dancers also qualify to participate in our Nutcracker production

Acro follows the Acrobatic Arts curriculum, supporting continued progression in strength, flexibility, balance, control, and acrobatic skills.

All dancers perform in the year-end show.

Inclusive (6Y+)

A Welcoming and supportive space where everyone belongs. Designed for dancers ages 6+, this program accommodates all physical, intellectual, emotional, behavioural, and medical needs

Classes are adapted to meet dancers where they are, creating opportunities for everyone to participate, move, learn and experience the joy of dance in a safe and encouraging environment.

Adult (18Y+)

It’s never too late to dance! Our Adult program welcomes dancers of all skill levels and abilities, from complete beginners to those returning to dance or looking to continue their training.

Whether you’re looking to try something new, reconnect with a passion for dance, or simply enjoy moving to music, our adult classes are a great way to learn, stay active, and have fun!
