Contemporary at Trio
Trio Danceworks offers dance lessons for children and teens ages 3 to 19. Contemporary/Modern dance classes are available starting at age 6, building on the skills learned in our ballet and jazz classes. We also have a competitive dance team who perform modern and contemporary dance numbers at competitions across Canada.
Our studio is located at 4048 Carling Ave in Kanata North, near Beaverbrook and Morgan’s Grant.
Joining our Studio
New students of all ages are welcome. New students can attend two sessions before they need to register, and receive a 12.5% discount on their tuition. Please contact us by phone or e-mail so that we can help you find the classes that are right for you or your child.

You can also register online using the button below. Note that this portal will allow you to register for all classes open to your child based on their age, but students usually only register for one level of classes. All students are encouraged to also take ballet classes, as ballet provides a strong foundation for dance in all styles, especially modern dance.
