Inclusive Program

Trio Danceworks offers inclusive classes for dancers who are looking for a dance class adapted to their abilities. We accommodate all physical, intellectual, emotional, behavioral and medical challenges. Our staff works with each dancer to ensure they have a positive experience each class. 

Our inclusive program explores dance through music, movement, props, action songs and games. We do supply headphones for any dancers who may find the music or class overwhelming or loud (families are also welcome to send their dancer with their own headphones).

We partnered with CHEO in setting up our inclusive program and continue to work with them to ensure dance is accessible to all.

All dancers in the inclusive program have opportunities in both term 1 and 2 to do an in-class demonstration, as well as potential end of year stage performance depending on comfort level of the dancer.

We currently offer two inclusive classes:

• Wednesdays 7pm 12 & Over Jazz
• Saturdays 1-145PM 6-11 Jazz

There is no formal dress code for this program – though if you visit our dress code tab you can view what most dancer find most comfortable for class.
